Ahmed Jahanzaib is a technical training and learning development specialist with more than 17 years’ experience designing, developing and governing training systems across welding, non-destructive testing and industrial environments.

Based in Perth, Ahmed brings strong expertise in competency-based training, digital learning, assessment design, quality management systems, audit readiness and standards-aligned technical education. His work has included the development of training frameworks, competency mapping, assessment strategies and quality systems aligned to ISO 9712 principles and certification body expectations.

Ahmed has held senior training, operational and leadership roles across Australia, the Middle East and South Asia, including Learning and Development Manager at SRG Global, Training Operations Manager with TWI in Dubai, Country Manager for TWI in Pakistan, Training Curriculum Designer with SETS Enterprises, and RTO Manager with Perth Security Services.

Across these roles, Ahmed has led enterprise training strategies, developed technical training academies, managed learning management systems, supported RTO compliance, and helped convert engineering and inspection requirements into structured, practical training programmes. His areas of capability include welding and engineering training, NDT training systems, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, gap analysis, audit and compliance, training commercialisation, digital learning and workforce capability development.

Ahmed combines technical knowledge with commercial and operational experience, including business development, P&L responsibility, client relationship management and international training delivery. His background gives him a strong understanding of both the technical standards that underpin industry capability and the practical systems needed to deliver effective, compliant and scalable training.
