Marsha is a dedicated and highly motivated professional with extensive experience in business administration across both Australia and the United Kingdom. She has successfully managed offices for small businesses, listed companies, and large multi-national corporations with over 400 staff. Masha is known for her ability to tackle challenges head-on, and is always focused on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.

Prior to joining Weld Australia in 2024, Marsha was the Office Manager at VBiz Group. Marsha played a pivotal role in the company’s operations, from finance through to optimising efficiency and productivity, as well as managing major projects like a full office fit-out.

In her previous roles, Marsha was a Director at Engaged Group, where she consulted with clients to enhance their sustainability practices. She was also the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Dentsu-Aegis Network, overseeing a team of administrative staff and three different sites. Her ability to manage large-scale events for over 500 guests showcases her expertise in event planning and execution.

Marsha’s commitment to sustainability, coupled with her extensive experience in office management and executive support, makes her a valuable asset to the Weld Australia team. She is driven by her passion for creating efficient, environmentally friendly workspaces and continually seeks ways to minimise the negative impact on our planet.
