Prior to joining Weld Australia, Allan held long-term roles with global leaders in industrial gases, including 32 years with Linde AG (BOC) in various roles. During this time, he successfully managed sales operations across New South Wales and beyond, consistently achieving KPIs and building strong relationships across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, mining, scientific research, engineering, healthcare, food processing, and hospitality.

Allan has a proven track record of recruiting and mentoring high-performing teams, developing major accounts, and driving sustainable growth across multiple sales channels.
