GENERAL TRAINING SERVICES SCHEDULE
The following terms and conditions apply when Weld Australia ABN 63 003 696 526 (Weld) provides General Training Services to its customers (Customer, you).
The terms and conditions set out in this document (General Training Services Schedule) are in addition to Weld’s General Terms and Conditions available at https://weldaustralia.com.au/general-terms-and-conditions/ (GTC). If there is any inconsistency between the GTCs and this General Training Services Schedule, the latter prevail over the former to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
All capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the GTC unless otherwise defined in this document.
1. Deliverables
1.1. Weld will supply to you the General Training Services for the courses in which you have enrolled in accordance with clause 2.
1.2. General Training Services exclude the MEM Training Services. If Weld supplies MEM Training Services to you, the MEM Training Services Schedule will apply to those services.
2. Enrolment and registration
2.1. All enrolments must be made using the official registration form or online enrolment system available at weldaustralia.com.au.
2.2. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt by Weld of payment in full or an official purchase order.
2.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during registration, including contact details and any special requirements.
2.4. If a course requires you to complete pre-requisites, you will not be permitted to complete the course until you have completed the pre-requisites.
3. Fees
3.1. Course fees are specified in your Order and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, must be paid in full before course commencement.
3.2. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise in your Order.
4. Cancellations and refunds
4.1. By Customer. If you cancel a course enrolment:
(a) more than 10 business days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund;
(b) between 10 business days and 4 business days before of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund;
(c) within 3 business days before the course start date, you will not receive a refund. If you do not attend the course, you will also be ineligible for a refund.
4.2. By Weld. Weld reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolments, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to an alternative course will be offered to you.
5. Transfers and substitutions
5.1. You may transfer to another course session or nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost, provided written notice is given to Weld at least 3 business days in advance.
6. Course delivery, content and Intellectual Property
6.1. Courses may be delivered in-person, online, or as blended delivery, depending on the course type and participant requirements.
6.2. Weld reserves the right to modify course content, materials, trainers, and delivery format where necessary to maintain the quality and relevance of the course.
6.3. All course materials, including but not limited to slides, handouts, assessments, and videos, are the intellectual property of Weld or its licensors. You are granted a personal licence to use training materials and must not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials.
