Supervision, Inspection and Qualification Services Now Available Remotely

In the wake of COVID-19 restrictions, Weld Australia has developed a new procedure to carry out welding inspection and supervision services, as well as qualification of welding procedures and personnel—remotely.

The procedure has been developed in accordance with IAF (International Accreditation Forum) guidelines. All services are carried out with the cooperation of a competent person on-site, utilising videoconferencing and video recording for record keeping purposes.

If you need help with remote welding inspection, supervision or qualification services—we’re here to help. All you need do is contact Paolo Corronca (National Manager Engineering, Weld Australia) on 0438 012 099 or engineering@weldaustralia.com.au.
