Competition Terms and Conditions – Cigweld Bathurst 1000

Eligibility: Entry is open only to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

Competition Period: The competition begins at 8am on Thursday 5 September 2024 and ends at 6pm on Friday 27 September 2024 (AEST). Entries received outside of this time period will not be accepted.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

  • Make sure you’re a member of Weld Australia.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random on https://www.calculator.net/random-number-generator.htmlv at 25 Ryde Road Pymble, NSW 2073 on Monday 30 September 2024 at 11am by random draw. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone within 1 business day of the draw. The winners will have 3 days from the date of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed by this date, a re-draw will be conducted on Friday 4 October 2024 at 11am at the same location as the original draw.

Entry Conditions:  Must be an Australian resident. Travel and accommodation not included, listed prizes only. By entering this competition, participants consent to the promoter using their names, likeness, image, and voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the promoter.

Privacy: Any personal information you provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter will not disclose participants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with participants. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or amend these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
